On average, it usually takes passengers about 30 minutes to deplane, collect their luggage, and pass through passport control at the airport. We are committed to waiting for you up to one hour after landing, but if you inform the driver that you’ve been delayed for any reason (customs control, lost luggage), they will do their best to wait a bit longer, provided it doesn’t disrupt our schedule.

We track your flight and understand that passengers typically exit anywhere between 15 to 45 minutes after landing, depending on the crowd and the amount of luggage.

What if your flight is delayed by more than an hour?

If your flight is delayed by more than an hour, we will do our best to adjust our schedule so that the same driver, or possibly another driver, can wait for you. However, in the case of significant flight delays, we may not be able to reorganize the schedule. Simply put, we cannot keep a vehicle and driver on standby for an entire day due to a single transfer. Fortunately, these situations are rare.

When is an airport meet-and-greet essential?

If you have already been to the renovated airport, you likely won’t have trouble finding your way around. Even then, it’s easier for you to be greeted by a driver holding a sign for your airport transfer. However, there are situations where such a meet-and-greet at Belgrade Airport is almost essential:
