They often have various explanations for such actions (most commonly a flat tire), but the real reason is often that someone else requested a longer ride after you, and the provider didn’t have enough free vehicles. They canceled your ride for a “better” ride.

Our company views business differently and in the long term. We build a base of loyal, satisfied clients and would never allow ourselves to gain a bad reputation. Therefore, our business ethics do not allow us to cancel a pre-booked ride for another longer ride. Many times, our capacities were fully booked with taxi rides between the airport and downtown Belgrade while receiving requests for transfers from Belgrade to Novi Sad, Kopaonik, Zlatibor, or other distant locations. Despite the higher profitability, we have always responded with an apology for not having free vehicles and never canceled already booked shorter rides for them.

Even though we minimize these possibilities, traffic is unpredictable. Roads often close due to demonstrations, delegations, accidents, construction, natural disasters, and similar reasons. Of course, there are factors that can disrupt any organization, including ours.

For all other situations where the fault is ours, our company takes responsibility to guarantee our reliability. A client who experiences a no-show or a delay of more than 15 minutes gets a free ride between Belgrade and “Nikola Tesla” airport in Surčin. In the case of minor delays up to 15 minutes, the client receives a 20% discount, even if the driver fulfills their obligation to promptly inform the client of the delay.
