Is the price for airport transportation fixed?

Yes, the price of the ride with BELGRADE AIRPORT TAXI is always fixed. You will know the exact price of your ride when you contact our operators, not at the end of the ride like with regular taxis.

Can transportation with you be scheduled?

Actually, with us, it is necessary to schedule a ride. The minimum is one day before the ride, but it is recommended that you do this as early as possible. As soon as you purchase a plane ticket and know the time of your trip, you can already schedule it. If you contact us within less than 24 hours, we will try to accommodate you, but the shorter the notice, the greater the chance that our schedule is already full.

Is it possible to pay only for a seat in the vehicle, or do I have to hire the entire vehicle just for myself?

We do not offer shared or shared transportation, so you cannot pay for a seat in the vehicle (ticket). Whether you need a car or a passenger van, we can only offer you the rental of the entire vehicle with a driver just for you or your private group. The offered price is for the whole vehicle.

When do you have departures and how much is the ticket?

As we have already mentioned, we do not have regular lines and departures and do not sell tickets. When you hire us for your transportation to the airport (or from the airport), the entire vehicle is just for you, and you choose when you want to leave.

Do you drive to other cities and other countries?

Yes, you can hire us for intercity taxi transportation from or to Belgrade or Belgrade Airport. It is possible to hire us for out-of-town rides that pass through Belgrade, but we cannot offer you a ride between cities that are far from Belgrade unless we charge you for our arrival from Belgrade. But all these rides, as we mentioned, are individual transfers, which means you choose where and when we drive you because we are not a line taxi, and you must rent a car with a driver just for your needs.

Do you drive around the city?

Our team is more of a limo service than a taxi. Except for airport rides, it is possible to hire us in the city only by the hour and with prior scheduling (weddings, city tours, business meetings, etc.). The exception is rides between distant peripheral municipalities and the wider city center, i.e., rides longer than 20 kilometers. Of course, like all other rides with us, they need to be scheduled.

Are your drivers licensed professionals?

Yes, all our drivers are carefully selected professional drivers with many years of experience. Depending on the vehicle class you choose, the driver must have a Belgrade taxi license or a license for limo service services in Belgrade. Since, unlike regular taxi companies, we have a significantly smaller number of vehicles and drivers, driver selection is done by incomparably stricter standards.

How are you better than regular taxi companies?

Where will the driver wait for me at the airport?

Our transportation service from Belgrade Airport includes waiting for the client at the airport’s arrival terminal. The driver, who also tracks your flight, will be patient after landing while you collect your luggage and pass customs control. You will easily notice him because he will be holding a sign with your name and surname. And you will certainly have his contact number if you do not see him due to the crowd.

Is it reliable?

When you schedule a ride with us, you don’t have to worry; the driver will be at the agreed place at the agreed time. You will also receive his contact just in case. You can read on this link how we ensure our reliability.

What is included in the price and what is not?

The fixed price ensures the agreed price for the agreed transportation. If you request a service from the driver that was not previously agreed upon (additional addresses, additional waiting), additional charges may occur. The price includes tolls, fuel, airport parking, and all costs of the agreed ride.

What payment options do you offer?

• Cash payment directly to the driver
• Payment by credit card in the vehicle (it is necessary to order a vehicle with a reader)
• Payment via account, but exclusively in advance before the ride unless you have a contract with our company (by payment slip, via eInvoices, or online card payment)

NOTE: In certain situations, it is not possible to pay in full with cash, and we may require advance payment (when we send a vehicle to pick you up in a distant city, for luxury vehicles, or for multi-day tours).

What are your recommendations?

Our business policy is not to publicly display information about our biggest business partners because we would expose them to a large number of offers for cooperation from our competitors. But you can read the comments of our passengers on the following portals:

What vehicle classes do you offer, and do you have any larger vehicles?

We can offer you the following classes of vehicles up to 6 years old:

• Standard Taxi – Škoda Octavia and similar cars (max 3 passengers and 2 XL suitcases)
• Business Class (black limousines + more business dress code for the driver) – Škoda Superb or VW Passat (max 4 passengers and 3 XL suitcases)
• Luxury limousines Mercedes E and S class with uniformed drivers – ideal for formal and business occasions (max 3 passengers and 2 XL suitcases)
• Van Vehicles – for private groups of 7 or 8 passengers and as many suitcases
• Luxury van vehicles – Mercedes V class, ideal for driving business users (max 6 or 7 passengers and 7 XL suitcases)

Can you provide a child seat?

Yes, we can provide a universally adjustable child seat and booster seat (seat part). For long-distance rides, we usually do not charge, while for short airport rides, it may be charged additionally, considering that the child seat often requires an additional ride, i.e., picking up and returning the child seat from the office.

Are you Pet Friendly?

Unfortunately, no, because it would be impossible to keep vehicles perfectly clean and fragrant if we were transporting pets.

Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles, both for the driver and passengers. This applies even to the driver when he is alone in the vehicle.

Are your vehicles air-conditioned?

Of course, all our vehicles are of a newer generation, which implies air conditioning. However, unlike regular taxi vehicles, it is assumed that the driver will pick up passengers in an already cooled or heated vehicle, not that you have to request it beforehand.

Also, during the trip, drivers are required to ask if the set temperature in the vehicle suits you. With us, driving with open windows is prohibited unless the passenger requests it and there are conditions for it.

Do you have WIFI in vehicles?

Yes, our vehicles have routers that emit fast WIFI. Keep in mind that the signal may be unstable due to coverage and that it is not functional abroad due to roaming.

Can I hire you to wait for my guests?

Of course, your guests will be grateful to you for the excellent organization and representative service.

Are your vehicles clean?

We check all vehicles daily to ensure they meet our high standards regarding cleanliness and tidiness. Of course, these standards cannot be 100% met in case of rain, snow, and other weather conditions, but we still strive to keep vehicles as clean as possible.

Is your company legal?

Of course, only the legal name of our company is not the same as the website’s name but Balkan Chauffeur Taxi and other road passenger transport, VAT105824184. You can get a receipt for every ride.

Why are you so expensive?

For transfers from Belgrade to the airport or vice versa, we are only slightly more expensive than regular taxis, which is completely understandable due to the difference in quality and reliability of the service (more expensive vehicles, better-paid drivers). Also, our costs are higher because our vehicles do not come for you from the nearest taxi station because rides are scheduled in advance for greater reliability.

When it comes to out-of-town transfers, we are even more affordable than riding regular taxis, which charge long rides at the third rate. And, of course, we are more expensive than line taxis, which is understandable because you are paying for the entire ride yourself. Simply put, hiring a personal driver to drive you long distances is not something that is available to everyone; for more affordable transportation, there are other forms of transport like buses and trains.

How to schedule?

First, you need to contact us to receive our offer, then simply accept the offer, and our operators will make a reservation and send you the driver’s contact and vehicle photos.
